In this Breville 800JEXL review you can find out more about this high powered machine manufactured by the Italian kitchenware maker. To begin with I shall briefly outline what kind of home appliance it is, and is not.

When you look below you will be able to see exactly what the machine looks like and also view a video of the machine in action. Before you do however you may be interested in the specifications. It has a powerful 1000 watt motor that can actually adjust how fast it spins depending upon the type of fresh fruit and vegetables that you feed into the machine. It has 115 sharp cutting blades that absolutely destroy what you push into the juicer. It goes to work very quickly which is a definite plus when compared to masticating and twin gear juicers. This Breville machine is actually a centrifugal juicer. The different styles all have their strengths and weaknesses and I shall bring these to your attention further down. Included with the juicer comes a special pitcher to collect your juice which also includes a froth catcher so that your juice does not come out looking like a beer with head on it. There is also a scrubbing brush to help you get the cutting cylinder 100% clean after each and every use. Another huge benefit of this juicer is that it has a large entry chute where you feed fruit and vegetables into it. You can literally add whole apples it is that wide!

The Breville 800JEXL juicer is expensive. It costs over $200 so may not be in everyone's price range. However it is a premium centrifugal juicer. The advantages of this type of machine include the following: they are fast, both to use and clean; and they are the easiest kinds of juicers to use and clean also. This makes them great for those of us in a rush as well as people new to juicing. Before commiting it would be wise to read another Breville 800JEXL review.

When you watch the video above you will see just how easy this machine is to use and clean. This is a major factor in its likely frequency of use. When you use a masticating or twin gear juicer you will find that not only do they take longer to make you juice, they also require more effort to force the produce through and on to of that they take longer to clean too as there are more parts involved. This is not to say that centrifugal juicers are the best at everything.

As you can see in the video, the jug has a special froth catcher to stop it pouring into your glass. This froth is produced due to the high speeds that the Juice Fountain spins at. Air bubbles form in the juice producing the foam. This is where slower types of machines like those just mentioned show their strength.

For me though, it is the speed and ease of use that make centrifugal juicers so attractive. Check out some more Breville juicer reviews at the Juice Fiend.
